The prices vary by season and if there are any discounts applicable to the reservation. You can always email us or fill in our contact form to ask for a quote. This year the standard rates are:

Optional Rates
A Crib, Stroller, and High-Chair are provided free of charge but optional rates include:
- Pool and Spa Heater - Weekly Rate of $150 +Tax (13%)
- Rents of 5 days or less - subject to cleaning charge of $105 + Tax
Terms and Conditions
Booking
To secure your booking a deposit of $400 per week is required. The balance is due 6 weeks before you arrive to our house.
Rental Period and Occupancy
Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available, subject to availibility and charges may be applicable. The property may only be occupied by 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 people. It may be necessary for staff to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
Rental Payment
Full payment for rental will be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Bookings
For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, full payment of the rental amount and the security deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Liability Limitations
Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure. Parents must at all times supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development. Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, but after notification of equipment failure will endeavour to rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- More than 6 weeks before arrival date - Loss of Booking Deposit
- Between 4 and 6 weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount
